What started as rehabilitation evolved into a lifelong path of study and practice. In 2010, he deepened his knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga in Vienna. In 2014, he completed his Master in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with All Yoga Thailand, earning his RYT 200 certification. The same year, he obtained a diploma in Thai Plantar Reflexology.<\/p>\n<p>He has been teaching since 2015, offering a therapeutic, mindful, and breath-centeredapproach tailored to individual needs. He also completed a 50-hour Hands-on Assist workshop focused on safe and conscious physical adjustments.
