Stretching
Michele is part of the Levante Yoga Flow teaching team, contributing his expertise in stretching and physical conditioning. His work complements the yoga practices offered at the center by focusing on mobility, flexibility, and muscular balance. Frequenta classi di tecnica classica seguendo le lezioni di Marina Tofi e si specializza frequentando classi con insegnanti di fama nazionale e non solo come Alessandro bigonzetti, Gerardo Porcelluzzi, Francesca Siega, Rosanna Brocanello, Claudia Zaccari, Eugenio Buratti e molti altri.
Through targeted stretching sessions and functional movement work, he supports students in improving performance, preventing injuries, and enhancing overall body awareness.
Michele began his studies in classical dance at age 8, receiving regional-level instruction and later attending an intensive course at Ials School in Rome at age 12. He continued training in classical technique with renowned teachers and later performed with the Oplas Dance Company, participating in shows that debuted in countries including the United States, Thailand, Germany, Montenegro, and Turkey.
Nel 2015 partecipa ad uno spettacolo coreografato da Alessio Vanzini presso il teatro di Modena.
In 2018, in addition to performing at the Tunis Opera House, he attended Luca Bruni’s lessons, serving as assistant maitre ballet at the Tunis Opera Ballet
In 2017 he graduated from the Opus Ballet center in Florence as a dance teacher.
In 2023, Michele graduated with top honors in “Sciences of Education,” completing his academic training with a final score of 110 e Lode. Today, he teaches stretching and movement classes, bringing his training in dance, pedagogy, and physical awareness to support students in mobility, posture, and functional movement
