Levante Yoga Flow
Levante is a space dedicated to movement, yoga and community. Founded by Martina Verbeni in 2022, Levante has become a point of reference in Umbria for practitioners and teachers from all over Italy and beyond.
Each year, we welcome international guests several times, offering unique workshops with some of the most interesting names in the contemporary yoga scene.

The Spaces
All workshops will take place at Levante Yoga Flow, a large and welcoming space located in Bastia Umbra (PG). The main hall is bright, quiet and measures 130 square meters, with a capacity of 60–70 people, ideal for hosting intense and engaging group practices.
The studio is equipped with all the necessary amenities for the participants: changing rooms, showers, relaxation area, mats and props, and a small selection of snacks and drinks. A well-kept environment, designed to make everyone feel at home from the first breath.
